Our primary workshop is in Croydon - However, in order to make things a little more convenient, we now also offer a FREE pick-up and delivery service.

How long will it take to repair my laptop or PC?

It's very much dependant on the type of repair laptop or PC type and state hardware / software and condition) of your malfunctioning part. We try to sort out issues very same day or let you know the update within 24 hours.

How long is the computer repairs guaranteed for?

Is there a warranty on repair work?

All hardware related repairs are backed by a 3 months warranty**
For example, laptop’s Power-port damaged.

**Excludes physical damage to replaced parts.

What area or regions do you cover?

Which areas does your engineers cover?

We cover the whole North East- & South Eastern London.

Are you able to offer IT support at my home or office?

Yes we do - But please be aware that we'll need a person 18 years or over, to be present during our visit - and he or she will need to provide access to the property and relevant equipment.
